Singer-Songwriter, Jacob Swann, is a Cape Town based Folk-Rock artist, known for his thought provoking lyrics and heart-warming melodies. After starting his career in 2010 as an electric guitarist for various blues bands, he eventually decided to carve out his own path in 2016, by starting his own solo career.
